Education employees connect with Dell

School teachers and members of staff from the Divisions of Curriculum, Education Services, Information Communication Technology and School Supervision, as well as members of the ICT Infusion Committee, took advantage of an education tour offered by Dell, Intel and Microsoft when they participated in the “Dell Connected Classroom” event on Wednesday 14th April, 2010.

The tour was conducted throughout Latin America and Trinidad and Tobago and focused on the sharing of information about “technology applications being used in the development of the learning process in the classroom”.

The event took place at the Haytt Regency Trinidad.

Quotation: "Participants, who included teachers, curriculum officers, and school supervisors, were exposed to important issues related to 21st century learning." - Ian Furlonge, ICT Division
