ART REPORT
Art plays an intrinsic part in the very nature of our society. We see it in our buildings, landscapes and by our very actions. To begin to describe the talent of the artists in our community, (not to mention our very school) would take days. So we present just a taste for you to enjoy. The students who were charged with this task are:
- Sarah Chin
- Leigh Rampersad
- Jade Achoy
One such establishment stood out in showcasing the talents of the local artists, Voix -An Art Gallery. Here we were treated to an insightful look into the wonderful gifts to the society by the artists.
A method of interviews and research was used in order to the extract information of this institution. A visit to the Gallery was essential for our undertaking and was conducted on February 10, 2007.
Each member was efficient, hard-working and cooperative. This was a unique and excellent opportunity to explore the world of Art and Culture in our society. It was indeed a pleasant and interesting experience.
