· “The walls of the Moruga RC School is made of sea sand” .

 

· Columbus was looking for fresh water. He discovered the safe bay he was looking for and he

               anchored. The bay is now called Moruga Bay or Columbus Channel.

· Moruga remains undiscovered and unexplored to most of the citizens of Trinidad and Tobago.

· The seams of the Spring Bridge opened and fell on the 22nd day of February 1998.
