Lisa Morris-Julian delivered remarks at the event\, where she praised the awardees for their literary achievements.\n\n\nDelivering the feature address was the Hon. Camille Robinson-Regis\, Minister of Housing and Urban Development and Chair of the National Committee for 60th Anniversary Celebrations.
