MIC-IT’s Technical Vocational Teacher/Instructor Training and Development (TVITT) Diploma

The TVITT Diploma is designed to promote the development of technical professionals into educational leaders and teachers. Developed with technical vocational teachers in mind, the TVITT programme is built to reflect the unique demands of skill training. Students complete fifteen (15) core courses tailored to build capacity in pedagogy and andragogy for the 21st Century. Through evidence-based teaching strategies, practical applications, and a collaborative learning environment, participants develop the skills and tools essential to being effective technical vocational educators. This value-added diploma empowers technical teachers to refine and elevate their practice, ultimately enhancing learning in both classroom and workshop settings.
